New River Unitarian Universalist Fellowship\r\nservice Sunday, June 28 will begin at 11 a.m. Visitors are welcome to attend. The Fellowship is located at 911 South Kanawha Street, Beckley.\r\n\r\nPence Springs Community Church\r\nVacation Bible School will be held July 6-10, from 6 to 8 p.m. each evening. This year\u2019s theme is \u201cTo the Edge - The God of the Universe.\u201d Pastor Roger Persinger and the congregation invite all ages to attend.\r\n\r\nRonceverte Baptist Church\r\nwill have its Annual Bible Day Camp at Island Park in Ronceverte on Monday, July 13 through Thursday, July 16 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. The camp will be limited to the first 50 young people who sign up (must have completed Kindergarten). There will be no cost involved to the parent or youth. All expenses will be paid by Ronceverte Baptist Church. Lunch and refreshments will be served daily. The purpose of the camp is to teach everyone about the love of God for them. Also, how a Christian can live their life pleasing to God in the day and age we live in. Brother Dale Elwell, who will be leading the camp, is a God called evangelist to young people. His ministry is to preach and teach the good news of Jesus Christ to everyone who will come and listen. There will be singing, preaching, Bible study and recreation. A registration and medical release form must be filled out for each camper.
