The Ronceverte Baptist Church choir will present their annual Christmas musical on Sunday, Dec. 14 at 11 a.m. and Tuesday evening, Dec. 16 at 7 p.m. This year’s musical entitled Glory in the Highest was created by Gary Rhodes and Claire Cloninger. In addition to some great original songs written for this musical, there are some powerful songs of worship with “A New Hallelujah,” “Knees to the Earth,” “Jesus Messiah,” “Glorious Day” and “Glory to God in the Highest.”

Under the direction of Sally Parker, the choir members include: Ben Anderson, Susie Anderson, Conni Anderson, Ruby Baker, Sarah Baker, Sheila Ballard, Janice Deem, Don Holliday, Brenda Holliday, Richard Holliday, Richie Holliday, Andy Howdock, Sherry McCormick-Hawkins, Michelle Jones, Tom Moretz, Susan Morgan, Deborah Rodgers, Dreama West, Karen West and Angel Williams.

There will also be a candlelight service on Christmas Eve at 6 p.m. Pastor Andy Howdock and the congregation invite everyone to celebrate our Savior’s birth by joining with us at the concert, the candlelight service and other regularly scheduled worship services. Ronceverte Baptist Church is located at the corner of Main and Locust Streets.
