Chocolate for breakfast – the perfect way to start the day. Enjoy chocolate muffins, hot chocolate, chocolate coffee and even chocolate bacon at the Greenbrier County Public Library Apr. 11 as part of Lewisburg’s Chocolate Festival.

The library’s sixth annual Chocolate Brunch is scheduled from 9 to 11 a.m. The library staff, with the help of the Friends of the Greenbrier County Public Library, will serve such treats as white chocolate mousse with orange slices, waffles with honey-pecan pralines and an orange scone stuffed with white chocolate chunks. Fresh fruit, regular coffee, hot tea and juice also will be available.

Seating is limited. Tickets for the Saturday event can be bought in advance at the library at 152 Robert W. McCormick Drive. The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children aged 6 and younger. More information is available by calling the library at 304-647-7568.

The brunch is sponsored by the staff of the Greenbrier County Public Library to benefit the library.
