The Renick City Council has appointed Charles R. “Rusty” Webb as its city attorney. “It is with great pleasure that we appoint Charles R. “Rusty” Webb to the position of city attorney,” Renick Mayor Patrick Roberts said. “Rusty is committed to serving the citizens of Renick and the whole city council as our chief legal advisor. He welcomes this new opportunity to help tackle the unique challenges we face as a small rural town.”
Webb received his law degree from West Virginia University in 1987. His principal areas of practice include class actions, personal injury, wrongful death, prescription drug recall, product liability, nursing home abuse and neglect, trucking accidents, auto accidents, workplace accidents causing death, medical malpractice, and family law.
Webb’s primary office is based in Charleston, with a satellite office in Lewisburg. He has a home in Renick and is active in the community.
He is a former member of the West Virginia House of Delegates from 1996 to 2004.
