World Tai Chi & Qigong Day starts at noon Saturday, Apr. 25, in the Lewisburg Greenspace. It will last about an hour and will include both Tai Chi and Qi Gong – introduction and warm up, the Five Elements, Opening the Body Energy Gates, Precious 8, Chen Man Ching’s Short Form and the cane style Short Form. Both beginners and more experienced practioners are welcome.
