Carroll Lee Bates Fleshman

Lewisburg-Carroll Lee Bates Fleshman, 70, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Apr. 14, 2015, at White Sulphur Springs Care Center.

Carroll was born Apr. 19, 1944, at Crows, VA, to the late Basil Lanier and Ethel Lee Boone Bates.

She was a retired Certified Nurse’s Aide.

Besides her parents, Carroll was preceded in death by husband, Ernest L. Fleshman and son, Richard Ray Withrow.

Survivors include: daughters, Patricia “Patty” Wickline and husband Michael “Scott” of Frankford and Danica “Nikki” Dineen and husband Richard “Sean” of White Sulphur Springs; son, Rodger Withrow and wife Deborah Lynn of Shepherdstown; grandchildren, Andrew Wickline, Jacob Wickline, Michael Dineen and Jared Dineen; and brother, Arlan Lanier Bates and wife Hilda of Covington, VA.

A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday, Apr. 18, at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg with Pastor John Kelly offciating. Viewing will be from 5 p.m. until time of the service on Saturday.

Donations of sympathy may be made to Greenbrier County Humane Society.
