  • Thursday, January 20: The Lady And The Empress – Special Event in Carnegie Hall’s Old Stone Room on Thursday, Jan. 20 at 7 p.m. “The Lady and the Empress” is a one-woman play written and performed by Doris Fields (Lady D) about jazz singer Bessie Smith. Arts From The Ashes: The History Of Carnegie Hall – The exhibit features memorabilia, photographs, artifacts and more of Carnegie Hall since its construction in 1901. Located on the second floor. Free admission.
