Thursday, July 27: West Virginia Jazz Orchestra – Carnegie Hall’s 2023 Ivy Terrace Concert Series continues Thursday, July 27, at 6:30 p.m. with the West Virginia Jazz Orchestra playing favorites from the big band era. Ivy Terrace Concerts take place outside in front of Carnegie Hall and are free to the public. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket and pack a picnic. The concerts are over at 8 p.m.
Saturday, July 29: 40th Anniversary Celebration – Join Carnegie Hall for its 40th Anniversary Open House & Block Party Celebration Saturday, July 29, from 5 – 9 p.m. The Open House (5-7 p.m.) will feature artist demonstrations, live music, history presentations, galleries, and more. The Church Street Block Party (6-9 p.m.) will feature live music by Irresistible Groove, food/beer/wine vendors, etc.
Thursday, August 10: John Ellison and The Carpenter Ants – Carnegie Hall’s 2023 Ivy Terrace Concert Series continues Thursday, Aug. 10, at 6:30 p.m. with John “Some Kind of Wonderful” Ellison and The Carpenter Ants. Ivy Terrace Concerts take place outside in front of Carnegie Hall and are free to the public. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket and pack a picnic. The concerts are over at 8 p.m.
