Annual Corned Beef & Cabbage Benefit March 14

Welcome to our annual St Patrick’s Corned Beef and Cabbage Dinner, Mar. 14. Serving time will be from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Williamsburg Community Building, 6571 Shoestring Trail, Williamsburg. The dinner will benefit the Williamsburg Food Pantry which provides for 70+- families.

It will feature our famous corn pone, served with corned beef, cabbage, carrots, potatoes, cornpone or rolls, a variety of desserts and tea or coffee. The cost is $15 for adults and $7.50 for the children under 12 years, children under 6 years are free. Sponsored by the Williamsburg Food Pantry. Call 304-392-5537 with any questions.

Directions: Exit 161 from I-64, north on route 12, east on Route 60, first road on your the left (Sinking Creek Road-Williamsburg) continue on the two lane about 9 miles, the Williamsburg Community Building is on your left at 6571 Shoestring Trail, Williamsburg.

Williamsburg Shooting Match
PLEASE NOTE CHANGE IN TIME

The Williamsburg Shooting Match hopes to see you on Mar. 7. The matches will begin at 6 p.m. NOTE TIME CHANGE. Come early! Come Hungry! Bring your family. Delicious hot food and refreshments will be available starting at 6:00 pm. Families welcomed; you don’t have to shoot to come get a meal!

The Match will be eight rounds, 12-gauge guns only. Full choke, .660 inch minimum. Screw in chokes must be from a recognized supplier (patented) and extend no more than 3 inches beyond original barrel. Barrel length 34” maximum. First Seven rounds @ $2.50 per shot, eighth round 50/50 @$7.50 per shot. Shooters must compete in the first 7 rounds in order to compete in the 8th round. 50/50 splatter match is $1 per chance between rounds – Cash prizes will be awarded.

You do not need to be a shooter to win! The match will be held at the Community Building 6571 Shoestring, Trail, Williamsburg, WV. We hope to see you all there.
