Bernard Leo Neville

Alleghany, VA-Bernard “Chris” Leo Neville, 91, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2015, at Alleghany Regional Hospital, Low Moor, VA.

Born Nov. 3, 1923, in White Sulphur Springs, he was a son of the late Ambrose C. and Ora Hoke McComb Neville.

Mr. Neville was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, White Sulphur Springs and belonged to the Knights of Columbus. Before retiring he was a bartender at The Greenbrier.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Neville.

Surviving are two sons, Mike and Bruce Neville of White Sulphur Springs; one sister-in-law; one brother-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial services were conducted Saturday, Jan. 17, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church where Father Chapin Engler officiated. Burial was in Alleghany Memorial Park, Low Moor, VA.

There was no visitation.

Shanklin Funeral Home, White Sulphur Springs, is serving the family.
