Join The Bank of Monroe as we welcome Kim Estep to our team. Kim will be joining us as the Business Development Officer.
Kim she grew up on her family’s dairy farm in Union. She earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from Marshall University, as well as a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Marshall University. She most recently served as the Director of Marketing at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center, and prior to her position with GVMC, she served as the Marketing Director of Robert C. Byrd Clinic from 2011 to 2014. She previously worked at the Regional Chief of Operations for Lincoln Primary Care Center, located in Hamlin, WV.
She serves on the board of directors for many local nonprofit organizations including the Greenbrier County 4-H foundation, Greenbrier County Board of Health, and the Greenbrier County Health Alliance.
Kim, her husband, Jeff, and their daughter, Ada, are actively involved in the local community and currently reside in Lewisburg.
