The American Heritage Music Hall will host its fourth annual Spring Easter Craft Vendor Fundraiser on Friday, Apr. 4, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, Apr. 5, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will take place at the State Fair of West Virginia fairgrounds in Fairlea, inside the Cecil H. Underwood Youth Building.
The fundraiser will feature more than 60 local crafters and vendors, offering a wide selection of handmade goods and unique items.
On Saturday, Apr. 5, children can enjoy a special visit from the Easter Bunny from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Easter Bunny will distribute candy-filled eggs, and kids can participate in games and win prizes. Families will also have the opportunity to take photos with the Easter Bunny.
In addition to the festivities, a meet-and-greet session will be held on Saturday for residents of Ronceverte to meet candidates running in the upcoming city election on June 3. Mayoral candidates David Withrow and Shawn Honaker, along with city council candidates Eric Mercer Sr. and Monique Molina, will be present to connect with the community.
Food concessions will be available throughout the event, with all proceeds benefiting the American Heritage Music Hall.
To conclude the weekend, the Thomas Taylor Band will perform on Saturday night from 7 to 11 p.m., providing live music for dancing and entertainment. There will be a $10 cover charge per person for the dance, with free admission for children under 10.
The American Heritage Music Hall invites the community to come out and support local crafters, vendors, and the organization’s mission while enjoying a weekend of shopping, food, and entertainment.
