Alberta Mae Brumfield, 91, of Victor passed away on Monday, Dec. 30, 2024, at her home.
She was born on Apr. 10, 1933, in Miller, Ohio; the daughter of the late Jyles William Dillon and Mabel Wright Dillon.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Willie Dale Brumfield; and three sisters, Bernice, Edna and Ruth Ann.
Alberta enjoyed gardening, playing cards with her family and family dinners.
Those left to cherish her memory are a daughter, Connie (Mark) Skaggs of Victor; sons, Jerry Dale (Patty) Brumfield of Beckley and Jeff (Pam) Brumfield of Mt. Hope; 7 grandchildren, Shawn, Rick, Steven, Carla, Megan, Chad and Sara and 5 great-grandchildren; sisters, Patty Turley of Salt Rock, WV and Jeannie Burcham of Crown City, Ohio; brother, William “Billy” Dillon of Titusville, FL.
The memorial service will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 4, at Wallace & Wallace, Ansted. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
