The Greenbrier County Airport Authority held its regular meeting on Tuesday, July 21 at the Greenbrier Valley Airport.
After the approval of minutes from the prior month’s meeting, Martha Livesay, Airport Director, delivered the financial report. In summation, the Airport ended the fiscal year in sound financial shape, with all debt paid and a monetary surplus. The financial report was unanimously approved.
The Authority also approved the hiring of Kevin Camp as a full-time lineman, and Olivia Scott as a part-time lineman. Both hires are effective this month.
The Authority discussed pending projects which are continuing to move forward, including the addition of hangars and expansion of the terminal.
There was no motion for the Authority to move to Executive Session. The next meeting of the Greenbrier County Airport Authority is slated for 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2026.
