As part of its commitment to lifelong learning, Carnegie Hall offers a series of classes and workshops to enlighten and inspire learners of all ages. On Saturday, Apr. 6, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the American Federation of Musicians (AFM) Local 674 will host a Video Streaming workshop as part of the Music in Education Series at Carnegie Hall. The class is free, but registration is required.
In this workshop, attendees will learn how to set up and troubleshoot a video streaming system using the AFM local 674 equipment (ATEM mini pro switcher, Zoom Q2n 4K cameras, and other accessories) to create a professional-quality live stream. There will also be a hands-on session.
This workshop is designed for beginners wanting to learn the basics of video streaming and improve their confidence in using the AFM local 674 equipment. This workshop will also give the overall concepts of video streaming regardless of the type of equipment.
Class size is limited, and students must be at least 14 years of age.
