The Ronceverte Public Library’s eighth Signature Dinner fundraising event is being offered to the public at the Edgarton Inn B&B on Friday, Dec. 7. Serving times are at noon, 5 p.m., and 7 p.m. Tickets are $40 each and are still available but in limited amounts.

This year we have a new chef and crew. Chef Chris Foley and the Greenbrier West Culinary Class will be honoring us with their excellent recipes and cooking skills. As a special treat, the dessert they have chosen for this event is their award-winning baklava cheesecake.

They have also agreed to share their recipes with those attending by allowing us to reproduce them in our Signature Dinner Cookbook, “A Taste of Greece Repast.”

A special thank you to our previous chefs, Chef Van Den Berghe, and Chef’s Paul and Susan Ciciora for all their support.

For more information about the dinner and ticket requests, please call 304-647-7400 during regular library hours.
