Rebecca June Garrett, 60, of Alderson, passed away Mar. 8, 2025, at Lewis Gale Medical Center Montgomery after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was born on Jan. 19, 1965, the daughter of the late Elbert Garrett and Juanita Grimmett.
Rebecca was of the Baptist faith and attended the River of life Church of God in Alderson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Donna Garrett, and her granddaughter Izabella.
Those left to cherish her love and memories are her sons, Owen Crowe, and companion Elizabeth of Talcott, Jamie Crowe of Riverside Rest, and a son at heart, Matthew Crowe of Pence Springs, daughters Mary Ann Pilson of Charleston, and Catherine Garrett of Alderson, brother, Patrick Garrett and wife Tracey of Staunton, VA, and sister, Tanya Masters of Alderson.
Rebecca’s pride and joy were her grandchildren Jayden, Damian, Kylee, Eryn, Cataleya, Oaklynn, Haylee, Lily, and Trevor Everleigh Crowe and Braylon Crowe. All of whom she loved so very much.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, Mar. 13, at the River of Life Church of God, Alderson, from 6 to 8 p.m. In keeping with her wishes, cremation will follow.
