Paula Renea Jackson, 31, of Alderson, passed away Thursday, Nov. 28, 2024.

Born Dec. 14, 1993, at Ronceverte, she is a daughter of Paul Edward Jackson and Pearl Kathryn Miller Jackson.

Paula was a C.N.A. at Lewisburg Healthcare Center in Ronceverte, where she was a hard worker, and her patients loved her. She was of the Presbyterian faith.

She was a wonderful mother. She always put her children first and went above and beyond to make sure that their needs were met – from taking the girls to their 4-H meetings and events to taking the two youngest to Morgantown regularly for doctor appointments.

She was also a great C.N.A. and provided excellent care for her residents. Paula loved them and they loved her along with their families loving her as well. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by a son, Remington Jackson-Reed.

Surviving are her daughters; Emily Jackson and Ella Jackson-Reed; son Braxton Blankenship; parents Paul and Pearl Miller Jackson of Frankford; fiancé Brandon Blankenship of Alderson and her brother Patrick Jackson of Frankford.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, at Clifton Presbyterian Church at Maxwelton, with Pastor Stephen Baldwin and Pastor Freddie Bostic officiating. Burial will follow in the Henning Church of God Cemetery on Vago Road.

A visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Clifton Presbyterian Church on Friday evening.
