The Lewisburg House and Garden Club was established over 75 years ago, and for more than 20 of those years it has graced Carnegie Hall with holiday decorations. This year with the help of Suzanne Perilli, a club member and owner of Perilli Designs, the club purchased lovely new decorations: magnolia leaf garlands with bells and bows with musical themes. The new decorations were praised by Cathy Rennard, President and CEO of Carnegie Hall at the West Virginia Symphony’s Holiday Pops concert on Dec. 1.
To help pay for these new decorations, the club has created boxes of ten note cards by the late Doris Caldwell, club member and local artist. The cards are available at A New Chapter Bookstore and the North House Museum gift shop in Lewisburg.
