Free outdoor kids’ movie event at GV Nazarene
A free kids’ outdoor movie night, featuring the Disney film Toy Story, will take place Friday, Sept. 29, 8 p.m., in the east parking lot of Greenbrier Valley Church of the Nazarene in Fairlea.
All children in the area and family members are invited to the event, which will include free popcorn, s’mores, and other snacks. Some seating will be available, but attendees may also bring their own. A fire pit will available for attendees to use for making their own s’mores.
Greenbrier Valley Church of the Nazarene is located at 167 Dawkins Drive, just off Davis Stuart Road approximately one-half mile south of Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Fairlea.

Frankford Presbyterian Church will have a Pancake and Sausage Breakfast on Saturday, Sept. 30, from 7 a.m. until the start of the Autumn Fest Parade at 11 a.m. They will be serving pancakes and sausage, sausage biscuits, and sausage and gravy. The price of the meal will be $7 for adults, $3 for ages 6-12, and free for those under 6. Carry-out will be available.
