Spring 2023 Classes & Workshops: Carnegie Hall offers learning opportunities starting in Feb. and continuing through May. Classes and workshops include woodturning, hand crafting tea pots and mugs, sausage making, salt-rising bread making, soap making, making Appalachian Medicinals, guided ceramic projects for all ages, painting, drawing, printmaking, basket weaving, fiber arts, craft jewelry, and leather craft. Sunday, May 7: Greenbrier Valley Chorale – Special Performance on Sunday, May 7, at 3 p.m. featuring the Greenbrier Valley Chorale celebrating their 30th Anniversary. Reception immediately following concert. Tickets are $17/adults; $7/students.
Saturday, May 13: Preshow Lounge – Join Carnegie Hall for a Carnegie Classics Preshow Reception in the Board Room on Saturday, May 13, at 6:30 p.m. Free admission. Cash bar and snacks available.
Saturday, May 13: Schubert Goes Fishing! – The Carnegie Classics Series presents Schubert Goes Fishing! featuring Barbara Nissman with guest West Virginia musicians on Saturday, May 13, at 7:30 p.m. Join Carnegie Hall for more of Barbara’s favorites as she showcases the music of Franz Schubert. Individual performance tickets are $20. Buy One Get One Free available for patrons 50 years of age and older. Students 18 years old and younger are admitted free but must reserve a ticket. Call for discounted/free tickets or more information.
Friday, May 19: Buckwheat Zydeco, Jr. – Mainstage Performance on Friday, May 19, at 7:30 p.m. featuring Buckwheat Zydeco Jr. and the legendary IlsSont Partis Band. The Legendary IlsSont Partis Band featuring Sir Reginald Masters Dural aka Buckwheat, Jr. the son of the late great Zydeco legend Stanley “Buckwheat” Dural, Jr. Following the footsteps of his father he has become the Accordion front man for his father’s Grammy Award Winning band. Tickets start at $28. Preshow reception in the Board Room from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m., Friday, May 19. Free admission. Cash bar and snacks available.

Arts from the Ashes: The History of Carnegie Hall – The exhibit features memorabilia, photographs, artifacts and more of Carnegie Hall since its construction in 1901. Located on the second floor. Free admission
