Pence Springs – Pamela Charlene Cole Walker, 59, passed away Sunday, July 5, 2020, at Summers County ARH Hospital in Hinton, following a sudden illness.
Born Jan. 14, 1961, in Ronceverte, she was the daughter of Dorothy Ann Coleman Cutlip of Asbury and the late John Harold Cole.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a nephew, John R. Cline.
Mrs. Walker was a homemaker and of the Christian faith. She absolutely loved her grandchildren and they were her world.
Survivors include her husband of 36 years, Cotton Walker of Pence Springs; four children, Megan Williams of Pence Springs, Katie Judy and husband Jacob of Jumping Branch, Kari Standard of Pence Springs, and Billy Piner of Pence Springs; four grandchildren, Brayden and Bella Williams of Pence Springs, and Jace and Jensen Judy of Jumping Branch; her mother and step-father, Dorothy Ann Coleman Cutlip and Ray Cutlip of Asbury; two brothers, Tony Cole and wife Jamie of Asbury, and J.J. Cole and wife Merriam of Asbury; two sisters, Bonnie Cline and husband Jeff of Lewisburg, and Cindi Cole and wife Rosemary of Asbury; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, CDC guidelines will be observed.
Graveside services and burial will be held on Wednesday, July 8, at 2 p.m. at the Asbury United Methodist Church Cemetery in Asbury, with Pastor Anthony Carter officiating.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
