Ruth F. King, a lifelong resident of Greenbrier County, celebrated her 100th birthday on Sunday, Feb. 7. Many of her family members joined her for her special celebration. At her request, she enjoyed her favorite cake, a homemade pound cake. King was employed by the Greenbrier College for Women as the dining room attendant for 37 years. Ruth thanks everyone for all their love and kindness and most of all God for blessing her with her years of happiness and health.
