Lewisburg-Beulah Mae Hefner Belcher, 91, was born Oct. 24, 1927, to William Rufus Hefner and Althea Edna Dotson Hefner in Frankford. Both parents are deceased.
Beulah married the late Victor Belcher, Sr., in 1950, and they lived in Caldwell. Victor passed in 2002.
