On Oct. 31 the Greenbrier County Teen Leaders handed out candy at Modlin Field for the Greenbrier Valley Medical Center Trunk or Treat. Over 1,500 youth came through the 4-H booth, which had a Dr. Seuss theme. The Greenbrier County 4-H Teen Leader program focuses on leadership, community service, and civic engagement.
