Renick-Clarence E. Williams Jr., 81, passed away Saturday, Aug. 25, 2018, at the Peyton Hospice House, Lewisburg.
Born Apr. 15, 1937, at Renick, he was the son of the late Clarence E. Williams, Sr. and Grace Baldwin Williams.
Clarence retired from the WV Department of Transportation after 22 years of service and was a Bus Driver for the Greenbrier County Board of Education for 30 years. He attended the Ronceverte Baptist Church. Clarence loved to deer hunt and watch sports.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Polly Bishop and Vinecia Stanley and brother, Eugene Williams.
Survivors include his loving devoted wife of over 60 years, Wanda Perry Williams; son, Craig Williams (Angel) of Pickaway; daughter, Sheila Decker (Bruce) of Frankford; sister, Velma Burleson (Richard) of Marion, NC; grandchildren, Jennifer Ervin (Tony), Brianne Williams (Lance McClintic), and Ethan Graham (Calianna); step-grandchildren, Jeremy Vance (Autumn), Kagney Shockley, Jennifer Wegmann (Skippy) and Blaine Decker (Stephanie); great-grandchildren, Josi, Hailey, and Peyton Ervin and Ivy Graham; step-great-grandchildren, Chloe and Adalie Shockley, Claire Wegmann and Isabelle and Giulianna Decker; several nieces and nephews; and a special brother-in-law, Carl Stanley of Lewisburg.
Graveside service was held Monday, Aug. 27, at the Morningside Cemetery, Renick, where Pastor Andy Howdock and Gary Price officiated. Visitation was before the service on Monday at the Morgan Funeral Home, Lewisburg.
