Fireworks are not the only light show in Alderson this Fourth of July.
While the Fourth of July Committee hopes you will come to town and enjoy their fireworks show at 10 p.m. on July 4, there is another light show available each night during the holiday celebrations.
You will be able to sit in your car at 936 Maple Avenue West in Alderson, and listen to the music at FM 88.1 sequenced with a lightshow.
Richard Fox, who owns Eyes on You Security, has once again synchronized lights and music for all to enjoy. The show can be viewed from 8:45- 10 p.m. each evening until July 7. It is not as big as his Christmas show, but still cool to see.
Fox said, “It is to honor our military – past, present and future. We thank our local law enforcement, fire and EMS members as well. Thank you for all you do for our town. God bless you and may God bless America.”
Mayor Travis Copenhaver said, “We really appreciate this addition to our Fourth of July celebration. I want to thank Richard and all the hard working members of the Fourth of July Celebration Committee for making this a great time to visit Alderson.”
