Lewisburg – Mary Lucille Coll, 89, passed away Wednesday, Apr. 25, 2018, at Peyton Hospice House surrounded by her loved ones.

Born Mar. 7, 1929, at Killarney, WV, she was a daughter of the late William Lyda and Nancy Elizabeth Ivy Sharp.

Mrs. Coll was a retired caregiver and homemaker. She loved gardening, animals, traveling, and most of all, she loved spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charley Patrick Coll and brothers, James, Robert and Hoil Sharp.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Mary Hankins (Joe) of Lewisburg and “adopted daughter,” Jeff Kent (Gene) of Lampasas, TX; grandson, William Richard Ralsten, Jr. of Hopewell, VA; step-grandson, Joe Hankins, Jr. (Melinda) of Grants Pass, OR; sisters, Virginia Porter of Prineville, OR and Dorothy Brooks (Roy) of Siloam Spring, AR; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be conducted Saturday, Apr. 28, at 3 p.m. at Wallace Memorial Cemetery at Clintonville with Pastor Stewart Farley officiating.

The family will receive friends Friday evening, Apr. 27, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg.
