White Sulphur Springs-William Roger Ratliff, 64, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2017, at the White Sulphur Springs Care Center.
He was born Feb. 9, 1953, at Beckley, a son of the late Charles Edward Ratliff I and the late Mildred Irene Smith Ratliff.
Mr. Ratliff was a driver for Mountain State Periodicals in Charleston.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Charlotte Callison.
Survivors include three daughters, Cathy Sexton (Jeff), their children Kenzie and Ally; Millie Stewart (Larry), their son Zack; and Patricia Thompson (Jay) and their children, Hayden and Grayson all of Charleston, WV; sister, Phyllis Ratliff of Fairlea; and two brothers, Glenville Ratliff of Ronceverte and Charles E. Ratliff II (Gerry) of Michigan.
Mr. Ratliff will be cremated and no services will be held.
Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg is in charge of arrangements which are incomplete at this time.
