Kelly Banton, clerk for the Greenbrier County Commission, was honored in an award presentation by Kevin Sneed, with the West Virginia Floodplain Management Program and the National Flood Insurance Program Coordinator for the State of West Virginia, as 2017 Floodplain Manager of the Year at the WVFMA Conference in Charleston on June 13.
