West Virginia Division of Highways has begun a resurfacing project on County Route 30, Brush Road, north of Lewisburg, which began on Monday, Oct. 31.
The project begins south of intersection US 219 and CR 30 and will end at CR 30/3 near Harper Road. It is anticipated that West Virginia Paving, the contractor for this project, plans to work days Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Traffic will be reduced to one lane, alternating between the lanes.
Motorists are asked to observe all traffic control signs and devices and use caution while traveling through the work zone. Delays are expected; therefore, motorists should allow additional time for their commute or seek alternate routes.
The anticipated completion date for this project is Nov. 12. However, inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
