The West Virginia State Fairgrounds will have new amenity for fair-goers this year, a high-level seating area pavilion now under construction, viewable from 219 south. Additionally, where there was once a parking lot in front of the West Virginia building, visitors will see an attractive welcoming area with a cobbled walkway and new landscaping as they emerge from the tunnel beneath the roadway.
