This week, Almost Heaven Habitat for Humanity and community supporters will break ground on the newest home. This home will be the eighth build in the Summer Elms development in White Sulphur Springs.
The ground-breaking ceremony will take place at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Mar. 28, at the build site located at 892 Tuckahoe Road in White Sulphur Springs. All are invited and welcome to attend.
Almost Heaven Habitat for Humanity works in partnership with low-income families in Eastern West Virginia. Their mission is to eliminate substandard poverty housing in Greenbrier, Pocahontas and Pendleton Counties and to make safe, decent, affordable housing a matter of conscience and action. Almost Heaven Habitat builds not only houses, but also relationships and a sense of community through our partner families and volunteers who work together in partnership.
