Greenbrier and Monroe Counties are accepting applications for their Farmland Protection Conservation Easement program.
The Farmland Protection Boards are accepting applications for the FY27 funding cycle. Applications will be sorted by 100 acres and larger, and less than 100-acre parcels. Selections will be ranked and funded at three levels: county, state, and federal. Selections are based on available funding within each county.
Applications must be received by October 30, 2026, to be considered for the FY27 funding cycle. Applications can be obtained from your local NRCS and WVU Extension offices, via email: [email protected], or by calling 304-667-4877.
