Delcie Hanna, 96, of Clintonville went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 25, 2026. She was born on Oct. 21, 1929, the daughter of the late Elizabeth Martin and stepfather William Bennett.
Delcie was a member of the Clintonville Church of Christ for over 60 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband Melvin Hanna, son Lewis Hanna, two grandsons James Hanna and Roger Hanna of Georgia, brother Junior Earl Martin, and sister Mary Meadows.
Survivors are her daughter Rhonda Trout and husband Warren of Marfrance, grandchildren Warren E. Trout of Marfrance, Tina Midkiff of Springdale, Joshua Hanna of Springdale, two sisters Kebbie McDonie of Princeton and Wanda Tallman of Alderson, along with several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and daughter-in-law Virginia Hanna of Georgia.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude and thanks to Kay Roberts, Eunice Richmond, Maynard and Judith Hanna, Wanda Tallman, Elizabeth Phillips, Sharon Hanna, Della Wright, Johnny Jones, and the staff of Rainelle Healthcare for the excellent care she received.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, May 29, at 1 p.m. at the Clintonville Church of Christ, Clintonville, WV with Johnny Jones officiating.
