The 1st Annual Farmer’s Day 5K Run and 3K Walk is set for Saturday, June 4 at 9 a. m. in Union. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. until 8:45 a.m. at the intersection of Rt. 219 and Rt. 3 at the Flagpole on the corner across from the Court House. Pre-Registration: $25 (Deadline May 21) Race Day Registration: $30 (includes T-shirt). Ages: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over.
Prizes awarded in the 5K Run to the top 3 males/females in each age group and overall male/female. Walkers will be awarded participant ribbons.
All cancer survivors will be recognized and awards given.

In consideration of my signing this agreement, I hereby for myself, my heirs and my administrators, assume any and all risks that might be associated with the Walk for Women. I waive any and all rights and claims for injuries or damages which I may have against the organizers and sponsors of this event and the WV Breast and Cervical Screening Program, Office of Maternal, Child and Family Health, WVDHHR, and their representatives, successors and assignees for any and all injuries or damages of any kind whatsoever suffered by me as a result of taking part in the Walk for Women and any related activities.
By signing this waiver, I also give permission to the WV Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program to use any photos that may be taken of me for promotional purposes of the program.
