The Greenbrier Gardeners Club has announced last summer’s winners of the Lewisburg Yard of the Month contest. The May/June Yard of the Month award was presented to Lucy and Ron Refsland, and the July/August Yard of the Month award was presented to Elizabeth “Tuffy” Ahlborn.
Greenbrier Gardeners Garden Club sponsors Lewisburg Yard of the Month. The goal of the Yard of the Month Award is to recognize the efforts of Lewisburg residents who demonstrate above-average efforts in maintaining their property, thereby contributing to the overall appearance of the community at large and inspire others to do the same. The program is administered entirely by volunteers. The program is part of the America in Bloom program.
