On Oct. 17, Western Greenbrier Middle School participated in the Bluegrass conference JV volleyball tournament. Competing also in this tournament were Peterstown, Mountain View and Summers County. WGMS won over Mountain view in two straight sets. Which set up WGMS playing in the championship round against, number one seed Peterstown. WGMS won in a best two out of three match.
WGMS players, sixth grader, Kenzie O’Dell, seventh graders Caley Chrisman and Logan Vandall all received tournament MVP’s.
