The City of Lewisburg has just installed a wall display of the West Virginia Veterans’ Project, a collective effort of Glenville State College and 1992 Glenville State College alumnus Mark Romano. The photos and stories are diverse. Some are humorous, others horrific and most fall somewhere in between. An information sheet is available to visitors to learn about each and every Veteran displayed in this exhibit.
Mayor John Manchester would like to invite local veterans, their families and the public to stop by City Hall Monday through Friday and enjoy the display during the three week exhibition. “Mark Romano and Glenville State College did a wonderful job on this exhibit, and I am grateful that they would allow us to display it in city hall,” says Manchester.
