Violet Feamster, 83, of Rupert passed away on Aug. 24, 2025, at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.

She was born on Aug. 3, 1942, the daughter of David Chester Dingess and Vicie Evelyn Christian Dingess.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, LaDonna Brown; brothers, Ralph Dingess, Cecil Dingess and Pete Dingess.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and a friend to many. She will be missed by all.

Those left to cherish her memory are her 2 sons, David (Tammy) Feamster , William Ray Feamster (Thelma Massie) ; daughter, Dorothy (Gary) Blankenship; grandchildren, Cody Feamster, Cole Feamster, Abby Feamster, Ali Feamster, Logan Feamster, Kaliea Ross, Noah Feamster , Samantha McClung, Gary Blankenship, Jonathan Blankenship, Sarah (Josh) Blankenship Bostic, Bentley Blankenship; great grandchildren, Brayden Loudermilk, Riley and Aubrey Bostic, Gabe Blankenship; sisters,  Daisy Mooney, Dorothy McKinney; brothers, Lonzo Dingess and Bill Dingess; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Service will be at 3 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 30, at Wallace & Wallace, Rainelle with Pastor Brian Carter and Pastor Andrew Bailes officiating. Burial will follow in McClung Cemetery, Amwell. Visitation for friends will be 2 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
