On Saturday, May 227, members of the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant at a residence located in Rupert. As a result of the search, officers recovered approximately 70 grams of methamphetamine, approximately 50 grams of heroin, fentanyl and a heroin/fentanyl mix, as well as a handgun.
Upon conclusion of the investigation three individuals were arrested.
Ronald A Koehler, 30, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit a felony against the state.
Reva C. Thornton, 60, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit a felony against the state.
Cynthia L. Smith, 49, was arrested for delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit a felony against the state.
Deputy S. H. Peacock, of the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Department, is the investigating officer.
