Bel Air, MD-Thelma Lee Carroll Duncan, 93, formerly of Greenbrier County, passed away Sunday, Mar. 13, 2016, at Long View Healthcare Center in Manchester, MD.
She was born Mar. 28, 1922, at Quinwood, a daughter of the late Joseph and MaryDell Cook Carroll.
Thelma was a retired lab technician for Maryland Cup Corporation.
She was a beloved wife of the late Chester E. Duncan, Sr.; devoted mother of Chester “Gene” E. Duncan, Jr. and wife Linda and Sherian J. George (late husband James); adored grandmother of Deborah Nosler, Tracy George, Lisa White (and husband Rick), and Heather Peterman (late husband Pete); and cherished great- grandmother of Justin and Samantha White; Sean Nosler and Kiele Peterman.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Mar. 19, at Wallace Memorial Mausoleum Chapel at Clintonville. Interment will follow in the cemetery.
