Dear Editor:
The trustees and officers of the Organ Cave Community Center wish to thank everyone who helped to make the recent Spring Fundraiser a huge success. This was truly a community effort.
We wish to thank the following contributors for this fundraiser: Cornerstone IGA, Kroger, Dr. Pepper/7-UP Co., Ripco, Dr. Ray Jones, Gerald and Vicki Erskine, Steve and Cathy Queen, Organ Cave 4-H Helpers, Morgan Roofing and Building/Danny Morgan, Bill Weikle, Kathleen Hylton, Dick Donovan, Staci Jordan, Layola Sarver, Karen Howard, Missy Morgan, Marvin and Jane Morgan, Becky Keadle in memory of her grandmother, Madeline Morgan, who was a cook at the former Organ Cave School, and the many friends and neighbors who donated beans, potato salad, cornbread, and desserts for the lunch and dinner. Also a special thank you to Dalton Smith and Richard Hypes who provided live music, to those who gave their time to help during the day of the fundraiser, and to Linda Shires and Brittany Shires-Bradley for advertising and technology.
Many items were donated for the Silent Auction. We also wish to thank all of the vendors who set up and spent the day at the community center. They showcased many great products and items.
