Former Lewisburg Police Chief Tim Stover has officially started his tenure as Division 1 Magistrate after being sworn in last Friday.
“I have always been interested in this job,” said Judge Stover. “I’ve wondered how it would be on the other side of the bench. I’ve had a lot of great support, and all of the staff here has been very supportive.”
Judge Stover won the nonpartisan June 9 election against three other candidates: incumbent Martha Fleshman, James Childers, and Todd Williams.
