This year, Shepherd Center’s annual Community Service Award luncheon honoring John and Connie Manchester will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 16 at the WVSOM Student Center. Lunch will be served and there will be a silent auction filled with unique items. Luncheon tickets are $100.
