Every second Saturday of the month, Lee Street Studios is hosting an open studios day. The brain child of Jeanne Brenneman, the first event was this past Saturday and was a huge success.

Studio 2 Fiber Arts held a  “felting” class with Debbie Rapp instructing and had a great turnout.  There was also a steady stream of traffic visiting Studio 6 with Jeanne Brenneman, Bruce Brenneman, and Diane Mitchell, Studio 9 with Sean O’Connell, Studio 14 with Jorn Mork, and Studio 15 with Liz Goertz and Emily Sullivan.

Everyone was also able to enjoy the art on display while Lieselotte Heil sang Appalachian ballads and played her violin. The weather was no deterrent and became a warm inviting place on that cold day.  Lee Street Studios will be hosting another Second Saturday, February 10, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
