The Seasons, a Genesis HealthCare Senior / Independent Living Facility located in Lewisburg, this week announced they have recently been declared Deficiency Free on their Annual Health Survey. The Annual Health Survey is conducted by West Virginia’s Department of Health and is completed by a team of surveyors who inspect core criteria including quality of care, patient rights, nursing care, safety, and dietary services.
This is the third year in a row this has been achieved by The Seasons, a hard task to accomplish, but is a testament to a determination of providing quality care. “This is an honor not taken lightly by our team. They are diligent in what they do, and take a lot of pride in how they do it,” said Executive Director Nathan Hanshew. “We have a lot of great people who focus on doing it the right way, and getting the right results always follows. This honor is shared with their hard work and commitment to our community.”
