Samuel Womack of Union received a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University on May 27.
Commencement ceremonies for 444 Washington and Lee seniors were held on the university’s Wilson Field – a first for the university – to accommodate pandemic-related distancing and gathering size guidelines.
Womack majored in Geology and Theater.
