Robert E. Vass III, LLC won the Best Single Family Home - Class VI award in the Home Builders Association of West Virginia’s Best in West Virginia competition. The HBA presented Vass with the award during its annual convention and awards banquet at the Clay Center in Charleston on Oct. 4. Each year, the Home Builders Association recognizes the achievements of West Virginia builders by selecting what is, in the opinion of the committee, the best new single family home in each of six categories. REVIII’s 2014 Class VI entry is a home located at The Greenbrier Sporting Club. The 4,625 square foot chateau-style home consists of three bedrooms, three and one half baths and boasts hardwood flooring, granite countertops. In addition, the home also has a separate carriage house with living space, kitchen and full bathroom. “It was a pleasure working with Rob Vass and his team,” says the homeowner. “We appreciate the recognition given to us by the Home Builders Association and would like to thank the homeowner for selecting REVIII and architect Jack Arnold,” says Vass. “We commend our Project Manager Mike Goodwin, as well as our many trade partners, suppliers and talented craftspeople for a job well done.” Vass’s construction management business expanded to include Main Street Building Group last November.
