The Robert C. Byrd Clinic is pleased to announce a free Sports Physical Event for student athletes. The event will be held on Tuesday, June 4, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the EGMS Parent Pickup Parking Lot.
“We are committed to the health and well-being of our community, including young athletes,” said Shannon Bashlor, APRN-CNP at Robert C. Byrd Clinic. “This free event ensures that student athletes have access to the important health screenings they need to safely participate in sports.”
The Robert C. Byrd Clinic’s Mobile Clinic will be on site to provide convenient and comprehensive sport physicals. These physicals are crucial for assessing an athlete’s overall health and fitness level before participating in sports activities.

Completed and signed WV Sports Physical form (available from your school athletic department or online at wvssac.org/forms
